Tuesday, August 12,2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps soundly lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen is still sleeping.

• 9:00am Maureen decently woke up calmly and receptive to sips of water via swab. Now, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:02am Blood pressure: 100/58.

• 9:07am Saline and Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:25am Administered 1-4mg of METHYL PREDNISOLONE (last dose) with apple sauce.

• 9:30am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area, then dressed and headed to the living room.

  Oxigen is ON

• 9:55am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:00am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with avocado and pear, and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used once.

• No MiraLAX administered

• 10:45 am Administered 1-tablet AMOXICILLIN CLAV (875/125mg) , crushed with apple sauce.

• 10:50am Oral care.

• Maureen has no signs of congestion this morning, ate her breakfast with appetite and coughing was minimal drinking water and juice. She seemed sleepy by the end of her morning routine, however, she stayed awake the whole time.

• 11:20am Administered 20ml expectorant.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken/noodles soup with avocado and 9oz coconut water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once, suction pump used once.

• 1:30pm Oral care,

• 1:40pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• She closed her eyes for about 30 minutes afterwards.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 4oz melon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 30oz.
