Thursday, April 28, Daytime update

• 6:30 am - Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:00 am -Maureen is in and out of sleep. Her diaper is still dry.

• 7:20 am- Maureen is awake. She gets a little sips of water with the swab. Diaper is still dry.

• 8:00 am- Maureen sounds asleep.

• 8:20 am - our day started. We put Tolcylen on her right toe. Maureen’s diaper was medium wet . While we were cleaning she had a large formed bowel movement. We cleaned , changed and performed our everyday morning routine.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast time . Maureen coughed four times. No red faces.

• 9:45 - Oral care.

• 10:00 am- Eyes and facial care.

• 10:30 am- Smoothie time.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. The first rest break begins at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- the rest break is over. Maureen’s diaper was medium wet. We cleaned , changed and placed Maureen in the chair.

• 12.40 pm- Lunch time. Maureen had a bottle of coconut water, homemade soup ,a little potato salad and half of tuna salad sandwich. Maureen coughed twice. She was snoozing on and off .

• 1:45 pm- Oral care.

• 2:30 pm - We transferred Maureen to the bed. The diaper was light wet. Cleaned, changed and turn Maureen on her right side for an hour.

• 3:40 pm- Rest break is over. Maureen’s diaper was light wet. We cleaned, changed and transferred Maureen to the transport chair and headed to the living room.
