Sunday, November 30 Daytime update

8:00 am- Maureen is sleeping, comfortably laying on her left side.
8:30 am- Maureen is still asleep.
9:00 am- Maureen is opening her eyes, but still looking sleepy. She is calm, no signs of distress.
9:10 am- We turned Maureen on her back. Waited 10 minutes and raised the bed. Administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with applesauce.
9:20 am- We started the day. Maureen’s diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her . Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum area and Cavilon cream on inner tights. Next we washed her upper body. No redness on skin observed. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.
9:35 am- Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.
9:55 am- Maureen had 10 oz of lemon water. No coughs.
10:00 am- Breakfast- Omelette, some pear, 10 oz of electrolyte water. Maureen coughed once.
10:50 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with applesauce.
10:55 am- Morning oral care.
11:00 am- Facial and hand care routine.
11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side at 11:40 am.
12:40 pm- Maureen’s first rest break is over. Her diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her . Dressed and transferred her to the recliner.
1:00 pm- Maureen had 10 oz of coconut water.
1:00 pm- Deacon Andy came in for Sunday service.
1:10 pm- Lunch- Tomato and veggies soup, orange chicken, 10 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed twice.
1:45 pm- Oral care.
1:55 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was wet and she had a very small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie down on her right side for an hour starting at 2:05 pm.
3:05 pm- Maureen’s second rest break ended. Her diaper was heavy wet and she had a medium formed bowel movement. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred her to the recliner.
3:30 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.
3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon and apple. Maureen coughed once.
4:30 pm- Maureen had 10 oz of lemon water.
5:10 pm- Dinner- Fried chicken , fries, green beans casserole, spinach, 8 oz of water mixed with a little coconut water. Maureen coughed and sneezed a lot. She looked like she was pushing. We reclined the recliner back to make her more comfortable.
6:00 pm - Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesauce.
6:15 pm- Evening oral care.
6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the night. Diaper was heavy wet with a medium formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her. We noticed a small white wart looking solid on Maureen’s genital area, on the right side.
. Applied Cavilon cream. Wiped her face and applied Cetaphil lotion on the face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Maureen consumed 58 oz of liquids today. She seems very alert, during breakfast and lunch she had very few coughs. Dinner coughs were more like pushing.
