Friday, Nov. 28, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, soundly sleeping.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping, no signs of any distress.

9:15AM - Repositioned Maureen to the right side.

9:30AM - Maureen woke up, looking well rested. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/59, P: 64bpm, O2: 94%

9:45AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

10:20AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Also, administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and syrup, pear and 6 oz pumpkin spice latte. Coughed 3x.

11:05AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30PM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on the recliner - very awake.

12:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:50PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room.

1:00PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese sandwich, mashed avocado and 12 oz root beer. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen took 8oz apple juice.

**Maureen's energy starting to down, looking a bit tired.

2:30PM - It's time for the 2nd rest break, we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position Maureen to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (melon). Took 5oz of water with electrolytes.
