Saturday, Nov. 11, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00 AM - Maureen's comfortably sleeping while on her left side. No signs of any distress.

8:25AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, offered sips of water via swab which she took. She went back to sleep 10mins after.

9:00AM - Maureen's sleeping.

9:25AM - Maureen moved and slowly opening her eyes, we placed her on her back. Waited 10 mins and in an upright position - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:40AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

BP: 110/62, P: 72 bpm, O2: 95%

9:55AM - Me and Marie started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned her using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. We changed her, applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:10AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with applesauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear and 8oz prune juice. She also had 4oz coffee. Ate very well. Coughed 3x.

10:45AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:15AM - Maureen's relaxed while sitting on the recliner - awake.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:50AM - Lunch - turkey, stuffing and carrots. Maureen also had corn bread and finished 12 oz coconut water, enjoyed her food. Coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

** Maureen looked sleepy however, stayed awake.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break, diaper was heavy wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (melon). Maureen took 8oz water with electrolytes.
