8:00 am- Maureen is awake. She has been in and out of sleep since 7:15, getting sips of water via swab before falling asleep again.
8:30 am - We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxin with apple sauce.
8:35 am- We started the day. Maureen’s diaper was dry but we still changed it. There was a lot of lightly brown colored vaginal discharge. Tom and I cleaned and changed it. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen’s upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
8:50 am- Breakfast- Omelette, activia yogurt , cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and was able to get some phlegm out with the help of the suction machine. No water was given during eating.
9:20 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.
9:30 am- Maureen is enjoying a sips of coffee.
9:45 am- Morning oral care.
9:50 am - Facial routine.
10:00 am- Vitals:

10:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the living room. She will watch a Disney movie. She finished a full cup of water.
10:45 am - Maureen is taking a nap in the chair.
11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet and she had clear vaginal discharge. No smell. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:40 am.
12:00 pm- Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide 1% cream on Maureen’s left hand.
12:40 pm- Maureen’s first rest break ends. Her diaper was dry. We checked- no discharge. Dressed and headed to the living room. Maureen will watch the Bears game with Tom.
12:50 pm- Lunch- Oatmeal smoothie. Maureen had an episode with a lot of coughing and sneezing. After calming down she finished her smoothie with no coughs . Maureen had about 10 oz of coconut water after the smoothie.
1:30 pm- Oral care.
1:45 pm- Maureen enjoyed Carolyn’s visit.
2:05 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. There was no discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side for her second rest break ends.
3:00 pm- Maureen rest break ends. Her diaper was medium wet. There was a very little clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.
3:10 pm - Vitals:

3:15 pm- Maureen is having her treatment with Sister Roberta.
4:00 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi. Maureen coughed once.
5:05 pm- Maureen’s diaper is dry.
5:10 pm- Dinner- Chicken tenders, fries, Cole slow. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed twice. She had a cup of coconut water after dinner.
5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:10 pm- Evening oral care.
6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. There was a little vaginal discharge with a slight odor.. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
