Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Came in with Maureen still deeply sleeping on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

8:40AM - Maureen woke up and we gave her 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce after 3mins upon waking up. We will give her more time before we start her day.

9:00AM - We started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes using Aloe Vesta. No redness on skin observed. Diaper was lightly wet, cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Then, headed to kitchen for breakfast.

**We did arms and legs stretching exercises prior to heading to the kitchen.

9:25AM - Breakfast - omelette and a piece of toasted raisin&cinnamon bread, 8oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed breakfast. Sneezed once.

MiraLAX daily dose: 1/4 cap

10:00AM - Administered the rest of meds - Lisinopril and Loratidine with apple sauce.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care. Then, reclined geri chair for Maureen's comfort. She's closing her eyes right now.

11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Sunday service. Maureen was slightly sleepy.

11:35AM - Transferred Maureen to the bed for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small formed bowel movement. Thoroughly cleaned and changed. Position Maureen on her right side starting at 11:45AM.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed thoroughly using Aloe Vesta. Headed to the kitchen for lunch.

1:05PM - Lunch - Smoothie and finished half cup of lemon water. Sneezed once.

1:25PM - Oral care. Then, reclined geri chair one notch.

2:05PM - Transferred Maureen to her bed for 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her left side starting at 2:12PM.

3:05PM - 2nd rest break ended. Maureen's diaper still dry. Dressed and transferred to her recliner. Sister Roberta arrived as well for her massages.

3:35PM - Fruit snack.

5:15PM - Dinner - Spaghetti with meatballs, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once and sneezed 2x.

6:15PM - Administered Olanzapine with peach yogurt and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:30PM - Oral care.

General Observation: Maureen has been responsive and talked more than her usual and we saw couple of smiles today, too. Sneezed multiple times.

6:50PM - Maureen coughed once (red faced and teary eyed) while we were about to get her ready to transfer from recliner to bed.

7:00PM - Transferred Maureen to bed, diaper was very heavy wet. Slight redness on behind due to sitting a lil longer than usual on the recliner. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cetaphil lotion on arms and legs, Vicks on chest. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

7:20PM - Maureen's about to fall asleep.
