Friday April 10th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is asleep.

-10:00am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick It. 1 suctioned upon waking up.

-10:30am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/no VD, applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & got her dressed. We washed Maureen's hair today.

-11:00am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/Miralax(cap full) & Thick-it. 1 suctioned after breakfast.

-12:00pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream, relaxing listening to music. Maureen slept for a hour.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/no VD. Positioned her on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, she was dry & we dressed her. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:30pm dinner chicken parm w/pasta & she finished 10oz.of sparkling water. 2 good coughs during dinner.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/large VD odorless and cloudy, applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her face and hands & Applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands & face. Dressed her for the night, positioned Maureen on her left side.
