Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Tom at bedside with Maureen. She's awake and on her left side. According to Tom Maureen's in and out sleeping since 5:45AM.


8:30AM - Maureen closing her eyes from time to time.


O2 - 96% P - 73


9:05AM - Maureen was fully awake and ready to start the day. Me and Mayla washed Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Only slight redness on right breast fold, applied thin coat of Nystatin, no other redness on body observed. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier film & cream. Finished dressing. **Coughed twice. Used suction machine to help Maureen get rid of the phlegm.

Performed arms and legs stretching exercises. Then, headed to the kitchen for breakfast.


9:30AM - Administered 88mcg Levothyroxine with applesauce. Breakfast - egg omelette with ham, onions and tomato, banana, 8oz of prune juice with 30ml PediaLAX, and a cup of lemon water.


Daily dose of PediaLAX: 30ml


9:55AM - Administered the rest of the meds - Lisinopril and Loratidine.


10:10AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch after for Maureen's comfort.


General Observarion: Maureen's energy is a lil bit low but enjoyed breakfast and was humming to the 911 Emergency playlist. Slight runny nose, used bulb suction & sprayed Saline Mist in both nostrils.


10:35AM - Facial and hand care.


10:50AM - Fruit smoothie which Maureen enjoyed.


11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday Service. Maureen snoozing the whole time.


11:35AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper was medium wet with extra large formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen on her right side starting at 11:45AM.


12:45PM - 1st Rest Break ended. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream. Finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.


1:05PM - Lunch - potato salad, chicken salad, 12oz coconut water, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished her 2nd cup of lemon water! 2 coughs.


Maureen's been extra chatty today!


1:35PM - Oral care.


2:05PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd Rest Break. Diaper was dry. Positioned on her left side startting at 2:10PM.


2:55PM - Shortened Rest Break #2 since Sister Roberta is coming at 3PM. Diaper was heavy wet, cleaned and changed. Transferred Maureen to the front room.


3:05PM - Fruit snack. No coughs.


3:10PM - Sister Roberta arrived.


3:20PM - Maureen's nails were trimmed and filed as well. She's snoozing while Sister Roberta was doing her massages.


5:00PM - Dinner - Baked salmon and broccoli, a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed her dinner very much. No coughs.


5:35PM - Administered 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with jello.


5:50PM - Oral care.


6:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Washed Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed using Aloe Vesta, applied Cavilon cream. Very light redness on right breast fold, we applied thin coat of Nystatin. No other redness on skin observed. Applied Cetaphil cream on both arms, back and both feet.


7:05PM - Maureen's sleeping already. Positioned on her right side.

O2 - 97% P - 84

Wednesday April 29th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, woke up trembling a little Tom calmed her & gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & she drank 6oz
