Sunday, June 23rd, 2024: Day shift Summary

8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is sleeping with Tom by her side.

8:35 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and sips water using the oral swab.

9:00 AM. Started Maureen's day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was dry. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:15 AM. Maureen had an omelet and a cup of lemon for breakfast. She also had some yogurt with 10mg Loratidine afterwards.

9:45 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.

10:00 AM. Administered saline and albuterol treatment.

11:20 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:35 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Inserted suppository. Positioned her facing right side.

12:35 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was dry. She had XL soft BM. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.

12:50 PM. BP was 115/65 pulse is 71bpm

1:00 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie with oatmeal and yogurt. She also had 8 oz of coconut water.

1:20 PM. Oral care done.

2:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was light wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.

3:30 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.

4:00 PM. Fruit snack given with lemon water.

4:55 PM. Checked diaper and it was light wet.

5:15 PM. Dinner was chicken fingers, fries and coleslaw and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 2x.

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:20 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
