Sunday, July 9, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake when I came in facing on her left side.

8:15AM - Maureen in upright position - administered 5mg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Maureen's ready to start her day. Washed upper body with warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Diaper was heavy wet, slight redness on sacral area. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film and Cavilon cream. Performed stretching exercisess on upper and lower extremities. Headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10AM - Breakfast - Omelette, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, watermelon and a cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed 3x, we used suction machine to aid on getting rid of her phlegm.

9:45AM - Administered the rest of the meds - Lisinopril and Loratidine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch after.

10:10AM - Facial and hand care. Maureen taking a nap after the procedure.

**Maureeen dozing in and out and while waiting for Deacon Andy.

11:20AM - Deacon Andy came for the regular Sunday service.

11:35AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen on her right side @11:40AM.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was light wet. Cleaned and changed. Finished dressing Maureen and we headed to the kitchen for lunch.

12:50PM - Lunch - Organic fruit smoothie. Coughed once. Maureen enjoyed lunch as always.

1:10PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair after for Maureen's comfort.

1:55PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd Rest Break. Diaper was heavy wet with large formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed thoroughly. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:10PM.

2:55PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Headed to the front room.

3:05PM - Fruit snack. Coughed 2x, sneezed once. Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack.

3:15PM - Sister Roberta arrived for her Sunday massages.

**Maureen been a 'lil congested since this morning but able to coughed up phlegm.

5:10PM - Dinner - porkchop, steamed broccoli , apple sauce to aid with swallowing, and a cup of lemon water which Maureen finished. She enjoyed dinner very much. Coughed once.

6:05PM - Administered 12.5mg Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:25PM - Oral care.

6:40PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on arms, legs and feet. Positioned on her left side with 2 wedges on her back and pillow in between legs.
