Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake when we came in, lying on her left side.

**Maureen coughed 2x, used suction machine twice as well.

8:25AM - Raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - We started Maureen's day by washing her upper body using warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Light redness on both underarms observed, applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Administered 2 tabs of 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen had a cup of lemon water as well.

9:08AM - Breakfast started with 8oz prune juice, omelette and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen enjoyed her breakfast. Coughed once.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

**Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort.

9:50AM - Oral care.

9:55AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes to take a nap - hands relaxed and sitting calmly.

BP: 110/63, P: 64 bpm

11:18AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry, finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.

12:55PM - Lunch was oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 2 prunes, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:35PM - Oral care.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

2:00PM - Time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Transferred to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed. Inserted suppository and position to face left side.

2:55PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was light wet with extra large formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed Maureen thorougly and transferred to the front room.

3:10PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's Sunday massages.

3:30PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear, and melon), massage still going on - watching game show as well.

4:15PM - Maureen napping and looking relaxed on her recliner.

5:00PM - Maureen had beef tenderloin, roasted potato, and apple, fennel, onion mixed with pepper. She finished 3/4 cup of lemon water.

BP: 108/65, P: 68bpm

5:50PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:05PM - Oral care.

6:20PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:48PM - Maureen is sleeping.

Vitals:

T - 97.5

P - 64 bpm

O2 - 97 %
