Sunday, Dec. 28, 2025 - Daytime Update

9:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, soundly sleeping. No signs of any distress.

9:30AM - She opened her eyes, Tom gave her sips of water via swab which she was receptive.

9:45AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 110/58, P: 70 bpm, O2: 94%

10:00AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, clear v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:20AM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Omelette with ham, tomato, onion and sweet pepper, pear and 8oz apple juice. She also had 3oz of coffee. Maureen had multiple coughs and sneezes.

**Took a bit longer longer eating today because of the coughs and sneezes. Maureen was trying to take out the stubborn phlegm.

11:20AM - Deacon Andy arrived.

11:35AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with albuterol.

12:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado, and 12 oz coconut water. She had a slice of blueberry yogurt cake for dessert. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed 4x.

1:50PM - Oral care.

**Maureen's relaxed while on her recliner, leaning back.

2:45PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face the right side.

3:20PM - 2nd rest break is over, diaper is still clean and dry. We waited for 5mins and tried to stimulate Maureen to make her go #1 however, nothing. We proceed to dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - She took 8oz of water with electrolytes. Melon for fruit snack followed. No coughs.

4:30PM - Maureen's still dry.

5:00PM - Maureen had cheese and sausage pizza, and 5oz of soda. Coughed 3x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

**Maureen's sleepy and starting to close her eyes.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:25PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:45PM - Maureen's sleeping.
