Sunday, Apr. 20, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - According to Tom, Maureen just went back to close her eyes to sleep. She's lying on her left side - comfortably.

8:30AM - Still sleeping.

8:55AM - Maureen woke up and looking more awake and ready. There were no signs of distress or pain. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Tom washed her upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with medium, brownish vaginal discharge, we cleaned using water and Cetaphil cleanser, dried and changed. Applied Calazinc on the labia, almost no redness. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

9:25AM - Maureen had 9oz of water (mixed with coconut water) before breakfast. She had omelette, pear and 8oz of prune juice. Coughed 3x, used suction machine 2x.

10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Neb treatment. Maureen's phlegmy since she got up.

10:35AM - Facial and hand care treatment.

11:10AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, inserted suppository to aid with BM. We position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was

heavy wet with large soft BM and presence of medium, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, avocado and lentil soup. Maureen had 8oz of sparkling water. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had a quick 15min nap. Head and shoulders leaning all the way back, relaxing.

2:20PM - Kathy and family came by for a quick visit.

2:45PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper is still clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the dining area.

3:45PM - Early family dinner - ham, zucchini, asparagus, potato, carrots, and baked apple. Maureen had 8 oz rootbeer float and sips of water (2 oz). She enjoyed the food and ate very well. Coughed 2x, sneeze once.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:10PM - Oral care.

6:25PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Calazinc on the labia. Applied Cavilon cream

on the inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on the face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:35PM - Maureen's sleeping.
