Sunday, 12/04, Daytime Update.

8:30 -Started getting up Maureen. AM care: Bedbath using bathing cloth. Diaper was M wet. Applied film barrier. Performed AM stretches/exercises. Transport Maureen to kicthen.

9:10 -Administered half of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Followed by breakfast. Breakfast: Omelette, Banana, 8oz of Prune Juice w/ 1 cap of Miralax, and a cup of water.

9:45 -Finished breakfast. Administered Lisinopril & Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00 -Performed Oral Care.

11:15 -Half a cup of fruit smoothies.

12:30 -Rest Period 1 starts. Diaper was M wet. Maureen is facing on her R side.

1:30 -Rest Period 1 ends. Diaper was dry. Moved Maureen to kitchen.

1:50 -Luch: Tuna & Potato salad, toasted bread, and a cut up tomatoe. & cup of water.

2:20 -Finished Lunch. Performed oral care.

3:20- Rest Period 2 starts. Diaper was L wet. Maureen is now facing on her L side.

4:20 -Rest Period 2 Ends. Diaper was light wet. Transport Maureen to living room.

4:30 -Fruit cup & coconut water.

5:50 -Transport Maureen to the kitchen for dinner.

6:00 -Dinner: Mac & cheese with broccoli and chicken. A cup of coconut water.

6:30 -Finished dinner.

6:50 -Administered Vimpat followed by Olanzapine.

7:00 -Performed oral care. Followed by PM care.

7:30 -Transport Maureen to bed. Diaper was L wet. Maureen is now laying down on her R side.

Cough about 6x throughout the day.
