Saturday, Sept. 30, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's soundly sleeping while lying on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Still in a deep sleep.

9:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking well-rested and ready to start her day. We gave her sips of water via swab.

We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/60, P: 69, O2: 93%

9:40AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film in sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:50AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Ate scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear and had 8oz prune juice. Coughed once.

10:35AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:45AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care.

10:55AM - Out for a walk.

12:10PM - Came back after a good walk. Maureen stayed awake the entire time.

Placed Maureen directly to the bedroom for her 1st rest break after having 2oz of lemon water. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face

her right side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

1:10PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen had a sneeze after and some coughing (dry). Gave her 2 lemon water after she settled down.

1:20PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, beets and 10 oz coconut water. No cough.

2:10PM - Oral care.

2:45PM - It's time for the 2nd rest break. We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face the right side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

4:00PM - Fruit snack (melon, banana and apple).

Total liquid intake - 32 oz
