Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Came in with Tom at bedside with Maureen. She has been awake since 6:45am and according to Tom she's been sleeping in and out.


8:25AM - Maureen in upright position, we administered 75mg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


8:35AM - Me and Marie started Maureen's day by giving her a bed bath using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta, no redness on skin observed. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.


9:00AM - Breakfast started with 8oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, fruit/oatmeal smoothie and cut up half pear, and couple of spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed 2x.


9:40AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.


9:50AM - Oral care.


10:00AM - Facial and hand care.


10:20AM - Went out for a walk. Weather was nice outside.


11:10AM - We came back from Maureen's morning walk. She enjoyed the walk of course and was awake the entire time.


11:15PM - BP: 120/80, 62


Maureen had half a cup of lemon water after. Then, transferred to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen to face her right side starting at 11:25am.


12:25PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Proceed with washing her hair. Then, transferred her to the kitchen to blow it dry and style it.


1:10PM - Lunch is tuna salad, toasted bread and yogurt. Maureen finished her 12oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.


1:40PM - Oral care.


2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen on her left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Finished dressing then transferred Maureen to the front room.


3:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, melon) while watching her fave game show/s.

9:30AM - Maureen's lying on her left side - soundlessly sleeping. No signs of any distress. 10:00AM - She's still sleeping. 10:30AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right side, eyes still closed. 10:45A
