Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, lying on her left side. No signs of any distress or pain. Gave her sips of water via swab.

8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 60, O2: 96%

8:40AM - Neb treatment with saline.

8:55AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was clean and dry, we cleaned and changed her - no redness on skin. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water before breakfast. Ate scrambled egg with onion and tomato, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed once.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:25AM - Out for a walk.

11:30AM - Came back from a good walk outside. We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, fresh tomato and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed once.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had a 20min nap while on recliner - looking relaxed.

2:25PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 10oz water electrolyte. Fruit snack followed (pear and melon). No coughs.
