Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - sleeping.


9:00AM - She's still sleeping.


9:20AM - Maureen woke up, looking well rested and ready to start her day. No signs of any distress. We gave her sips of water via swab.


9:30AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 105/62, P: 67bpm, O2: 96%

9:40AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.


9:55AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet - no redness on skin, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.


10:10AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, banana and finished 8 oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 2x.


10:50AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


11:05AM - Our for a walk.


11:50AM - Arrived from a nice walk.


We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face her right side.


12:40PM - Maureen took a 15min nap. Rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.


12:50PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh tomato and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed 3x.


1:40PM - Oral care.


2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.


3:45PM - Maureen finished 10oz of water with electrolytes. Fruit snack followed (apple and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 38 oz
