Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping soundlessly while on her left side.

8:35AM - She woke up, no signs of any distress. We gave her sips of water via swab.

BP: 110/60, P: 65 bpm, O2: 94%

8:50AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

**Maureen cough out phlegm, used suction machine.

9:05AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her with water and cetaphil cleanser. Applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

9:15AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onions, apple and 10 oz apple juice. No coughs.

10:05AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen was leaning on her back. Looking sleept but stayed awake.

11:20AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado, and 10oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

**Maureen's energy is low today, seems a little tired although less coughing.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and change her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolyte. Fruit snack followed (melon and apple).

**Total liquid intake - 40 oz.

4:00PM - Administered 1tab 500 mg Tylenol (crushed) with apple sauce, Maureen showed signs of discomfort.
