Saturday May 8, 2021 Daytime summary

6:45am, called for dad, in her sleep...

I checked her and she was dry.

Alla and Marie arrived at 7:30.

8:10am, changed to pull-up, wet, and dressed for the day. We used the Hoyer lift to move from bed to the day chair.

8:30am, breakfast, oatmeal, banana, 1/2 cup of prune juice with water, morning meds, and spoon of honey.

Oral care and cleanup, followed by exercises and light PT.

9:45am, bathroom, dry, peed in toilet

10:00, recline, took a 75 minute nap, till 11:30

12:10, wet, changed, no activity

12:30, lunch, 1/2 an egg salad sandwich, a full cup of water

1:00, blood pressure was 123/75

2:00, Sister Roberta arrived

4:05, fruit snack

4:45, bathroom, light wet, peed and had a large bowel movement in toilet.
