Saturday, May 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's eyes were slightly open. She's comfortably lying on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:45AM - Maureen woke up and looking more awake, she had sips of water via swab. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet with medium, yellowish vaginal discharge, very light redness on labia - applied Calazinc. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:15AM - Maureen had 10oz of water (mixed with coconut water for flavoring). She had scrambled egg with onions, tomato and cheese, and banana. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Neb treatment - Saline sol'n

10:40AM - Facial and hand care treatment. Maureen closed her eyes for a nap right after.

11:30AM - Maureen took 6 oz lemon water.

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, zucchini with tomato and onion, lentil soup, and finished 10 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen took 6oz of lemon water. She's sitting comfortably on the recliner, awake.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned her to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 5 oz of water before the fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
