Saturday, May 25 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep with Tom laying next to her. He said that Maureen woke up around 6:15 and has been in and out of sleep since.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is fully awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:35 am- We started the day. Marie and I changed a medium wet diaper and gave Maureen a full body bed bath. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. There was a slight redness on her left underarm. Applied a thin layer of nystatin. We noticed that Maureen's right eyelid was a little red and swollen. Cleaned it with a wet washcloth. Dressed Maureen and proceeded with washing her hair with Ketoconazole shampoo 2%.

• 9:00 am- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 9:10 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie , couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed three times, we used the suction machine.

• Daily Miralax dosage- none.

• 9:45 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with apple sauce.

• 9:50 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:55 am Facial routine.

• 10:15 am- We took Maureen for a stroll around the neighborhood.

• 11:15 am- Maureen is sitting outside on the patio.

• 11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was light wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on the right side at 11:45 am.

• 12:45 pm- Maureen's first rest break ends. Her diaper was dry. We dressed her and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:55 pm- Lunch- Vegetable soup, tuna salad, fresh peeled tomatoe, cup of coconut water. Maureen enjoyed her rice pudding dessert. She coughed twice.

• 1:40 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:40 pm.

• 3:40 pm- Maureen's second rest break is over now. Diaper was heavy wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred her to the recliner.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.
