Saturday May 2, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:45AM-Maureen finished 6oz of cold thickened water. No coughing.

10:00AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was medium wet and has medium VD cloudy odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, and kiwi ,finished 6oz thickened prune juice.

Maureen ate well. Coughed3x and suction.

11:20AM- We gave Maureen Tylenol 500MG tab.

Her upper right gums “the same area “ is bleeding.

Tom got a soft manual toothbrush for her Oral care .

11:30AM- Oral care

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00AM- Check Maureen Diaper was medium wet and has Large soft BM. We transfer to the bedroom to cleaned and changed then back to the front room.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water and had melon for fruit snack. Coughed3x and Suction.

2:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry, we position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:35PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened lemon water.

4:15PM- check diaper, dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - she had Chicken Pot Pie Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. Cough once suction

5:30PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:45 PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper medium wet and has small soft BM. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 98.1

P - 74bpm

O2 - 97%

Liquid intake - 42oz

Note:

-Check Her gums before brushing her teeth.

It does not appeared swollen at this time.

And I use the manual toothbrush too due to prevent denture keep falling out.
