Saturday March 28,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. No cough

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water with lemon , Coughed once suction

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:15AM - Morning care, We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet  and Medium VD cloudy odorless,cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) and colace with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, avocado and 3pcs prune’s finished 4oz prune juice. And 6oz water with lemon Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:30AM- Oral care.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00PM- Maureen is listening music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz coconut water ,had melon and grapes for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:20PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry, it has medium VD cloudy , odorless. We position her to face the left side , As per Tom said do not insert the suppository yet. Because she was showing sign of pushing and passing gas.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was heavy wet with medium VD cloudy odorless, We cleaned and change . We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM- Maureen had 10oz of Water with lemon.

4:15PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:25PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:35PM - Dinner - bratwurst patty and potato salad, Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Coughed2x suction.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:50PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, with small VD has cloudy, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
