Sunday, March 29 Daytime update

  • 9:30 am- Maureen is awake.

    Her diaper was medium wet, with a medium, cloudy, odorless vaginal discharge.

    We cleaned and changed her. Inserted the suppository to help her move her bowels.

    Positioned Maureen on her right side.

  • 10:25 am- Maureen is still laying on her right side, no BM yet.

  • 10:45 am- We repositioned Maureen on her left side. No BM yet.

  • 10:50 am- Maureen had a XL formed , a nice consistency, bowel movement.

    We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film and Cavilon cream.

    Washed upper body, dressed Maureen.

  • 11:00 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with puréed pear. Headed to the front room.

  • 11:15 am- Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

  • 11:30 am- Deacon Andy came in for Sunday service.

  • Maureen had 6 oz of lemon water.

  • 11:35 am- Administered 20 mg of Loratadin with puréed pear.

  • 11:40 am- Breakfast- omelette, 8 oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed twice.

  • 12:20 pm- Administered 20 ml of Geri- Tussin with puréed pear.

  • 12:25 pm- Administered one tablet of Colace , dissolved in hot water , with puréed pear.

  • 12:30 pm- Oral care.

    Facial and hand care routine followed.

  • 1:00 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon and grapes.

    Maureen coughed once.

  • 1:30 pm- Maureen had 6 oz of coconut water.

  • 1:35 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet.

    We cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

  • 2:35 pm- Maureen’s rest break is over.

    Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred her to the recliner.

  • 3:00 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.

  • 4:00 pm- Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

  • 4:30 pm - Maureen had 10 oz of coconut water.

  • 4:35 pm- Administered 20 ml of Geri- Tussin with puréed pear.

  • 4:40 pm- Dinner- Baked salmon, mashed potato, steamed vegetables, 10 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice.

  • 5:40 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with puréed pear.

  • 5:55 pm- Evening oral care.

  • 6:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the night. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned her face and applied Cetaphil lotion on her face, hands and legs. Positioned Maureen on the left side.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping. 9:45AM- Maureen is awake, no signs of pain or any distress. We check the left foot it already very light color we still Applied Triamcinolone 0.1%
