Monday March 30th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree. Waiting on Nurse. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

Lungs sound clear, bowels sound good.

Vitals- T- 97.6 BP- 113/68 PO-66/

11:00am Morning Care Maureen is medium wet w/small VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to the sacrum area and cavilon between inner thighs. Washed Maureen upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her for the day.

11:20am transferred Maureen into the living room & gave her a albuterol breathing treatment.

Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi and 3 diced prunes in juice. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine, 20ml cough syrup & 1 Collace tab w/pear puree. Maureen finished 8oz.of prune juice.

-12:05pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-12:15pm listening to music and relaxing.

-1:10pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes & she finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-1:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet. Positioned her on her right side.

-2:45pm start Maureen's afternoon, she was dry. Dressed her for afternoon & we took her outside for a walk.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:35pm dinner pot roast w/potatoes & veggies. Gave her 20ml of cough syrup, 5mg of OlanZapine & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. She finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and cloudy, applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
