Friday March 27th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine & 1 tablet of Collace w/pear puree. She also had her albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen had 6oz of lemon water.

Morning Care- we changed Maureen's diaper it was dry w/small VD odorless and cloudy. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her to start her day. We washed Maureen's hair today.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree.

Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi & diced prunes in juice. Maureen drank 4oz of prune juice.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music & relaxing.

-12:00pm Maureen is resting.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes & Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/light VD w/light blood, odorless & cloudy. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm start Maureen's afternoon, her diaper was dry w/no VD. We dressed Maureen to start her afternoon & transferred her into the living room. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-4:45pm dinner tuna casserole

-5:30pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 12.5mg of Vimpat & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/large VD odorless and cloudy. We washed Maureen's face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands & face. Dressed Maureen for the night & positioned her on her left side.
