Saturday, March 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping when I came in, comfortably lying on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen was moaning while eyes still closed, opened her eyes 3mins after and was slightly jumpy. Pulse at 76bpm and went down to 64bpm after 6mins. - still at normal range until she calmed down.

8:35AM - Maureen already settled down and looking ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Maureen had 6oz of lemon water prior to breakfast. Breakfast was scrambled egg with ham, pear, and 8 oz of prune juice. Coughed once, sneezed once. **Reclined geri chair after for Maureen's comfort.

**No MiraLAX dose today.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

**Maureen is in good spirits today. Looking well while relaxing on chair and listening to some Irish music.

10:30AM - She closed her eyes for a nap.

11:05AM - Maureen took 3 oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and went to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair prior to lunch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 5oz lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with small, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed Maureen then, position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - She took 5 oz of lemon water before fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).

**Total liquid intake - 37 oz
