8:00am Changed-medium wet, bed bath, applied a lotion.

8:45 Checked vitals- BP-115/75, temperature 96.9, Oxy-99, Pulse-79

9:00 Breakfast-scrambled egg, toast, banana and one cup of water. 9:30 Visit Dan and his son Tayler

11:00 Changed-medium wet

11:10 Maureen drank one cup of water

11:30 Exercises

1:00pm -Lunch two slices turkey sandwich and one green apple,one cup of water

During a day Maureen was tired and was sleeping at breakfast and lunch of and on. 2:30 Changed-medium wet, little bowel movement (formed).

3:10 Maureen drank one cup of water.

4:20 Changed-medium wet

Maureen drank about 5cups of water in a day time.

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Put her in a upright position to give her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Drank 6oz of prune juice. Maureen gave a few good coughs & Tom suctioned her. -9:50am Morning
