Saturday, July 6, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping, lying calmly on her left side.

8:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, we will give her time before we start her Saturday morning routine.

8:30AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:40AM - Me and Marie gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen then, washed her hair.

Transferred to the kitchen to blow dry and style hair.

9:15AM - Breakfast started with cut up pear, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap of MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also had a cup of lemon water. Coughed once, used suction machine.

MiraLAX daily dose - 1/4 cap

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Lotatadine with smoothie.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:50AM - Maureen looking relaxed while sitting on her geri chair while watching a game show in the living room. She just had a 20min nap.

11:10AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and Albuterol.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small soft bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen then, transfer to the kitchen.

12:45PM - BP: 105/60, P: 67 bpm

Lunch was chicken salad, fresh tomato and veggie soup. Maureen had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert and finished a cup of coconut water. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch due to Maureen leaning a lil bit forward.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 1/2 cup of lemon water. She's awake and listening to her music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small soft bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her then, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We proceed to dress Maureen then, moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
