Saturday, July 5, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping comfortably while on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes for a bit and went back to sleep.

9:00AM - She finally woke up, looking more awake and ready to start the day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:15AM - Me and Marie started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no rashes on the back. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.

9:30AM - Maureen had 8oz of lemon water before breakfast.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, pear and 4oz of apple juice (mixed half with water). Coughed 3x.

**Eating took more time today than the usual because she's phlegmy since she got up.

10:25AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:35AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

10:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.

Maureen leaned back on her chair minutes after,

closed her eyes for a nap for atleast 15-20mins.

11:15AM - Maureen took 5oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - gnocchi with alfredo sauce, fresh avocado and 6oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x and multiple sneezes.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:10PM - Maureen took the rest of the sparkling water - 4oz.

2:30PM - Time for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen took 8oz of lemon water. Coughed once. Fruit snack followed (kiwi,

pear and melon).
