Saturday, July 19, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen opened her eyes recently, accepted to sips of water via swab and went back to sleep immediately.

• 9:00am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:02am Blood pressure: 101/60, P: 67. O2:97.

• 9:10am Marie and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness on her body observed, lower left eye redness seems lighter today. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-red blood discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 9:30am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:40am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:45am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, waffle with apple jam, pear and 6oz prune juice. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once, suction pump used.

• No MiraLAX given

• 10:40am Oral care.

• 10:50am Facial routine performed.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, and then positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a dry diaper with an XL-soft BM, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:50pm Lunch: Spinach soup (blended), tuna salad with avocado, and 9oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 1:45pm Oral care.

• Maureen’s been alert and relaxed back on the recliner until her resting break.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Pulse: 92, O2: 99.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana) and 3oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 27oz.
