Saturday, January 13 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is awake, closing her eyes from time to time

• 8:30 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:35 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath using warmed wipes from the purple package and Aloe Vesta. There was no redness observed on her body. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:55 am- Administered 50 mg Senna Plus with apple sauce.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- 8 oz of prune juice, oatmeal smoothie with 2 prunes added, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 9:30 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin.

• 9:35 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:40 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting, she is sipping on her second cup of water.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is enjoying Carolyn's visit.

• 11:25 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned , changed and positioned her on the right side at 11:40 am.

• 12:30 pm- Maureen's rest break ends. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and proceeded with washing her hair.

• 12:40 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- french onion soup, shrimp salad with fresh peeled tomato, 12 oz of sparkling water, couple of spoons of yogurt. Maureen enjoyed a few spoons of Italian ice for dessert. She coughed three times during lunch.

• 1:25 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 2:00 pm- Maureen is resting, having some water at times.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:45 pm.

• 3:45 pm- Maureen's second rest break is over. Diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, kiwi and pear.
