Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side - she's awake. She's having sips of water via swab. No signs of any distress.

9:50AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 108/58, P: 62 bpm, O2: 96%

10:05AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and washed her hair after.

10:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the front room. She took 10oz of lemon water and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, pear and 8 oz prune juice. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

11:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:45AM - Maureen's leaning back on the recliner, very relaxed - eyes closed.

12:50PM - Lunch - steak tacos, chicken soup and 12 oz root beer. Maureen coughed 4x and sneezed 3x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with small,

formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:15PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed then, transferred to the front room.

3:25PM - Maureen had apple and melon as fruit snack and took 5 oz lemon water.

4:35PM - Dinner - spaghetti with marinara sauce, and 6oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 3x.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with very small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

P - 85 bpm

O2 - 96%
