Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake however, slightly looking sleepy. She's on her left side. Tom informed, she had sips of water via swab.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Me and Marie started to wash her upper body with warm purple wipes, redness on left underarm is almost non-visible - applied a light Nystatin powder on it. Diaper was heavy wet with small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Got her dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, pancake, sausage and sunny side up egg. She also had half a cup of of water. No coughs. (Maureen's already full and doesn't want to eat the pear, will give it on her lunch.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

10:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position her to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still dry, no vaginal discharges. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - BP: 105/62, 67bpm

Lunch - chicken salad, fresh tomato, steamed sweet peppe and zucchini. Maureen had cut up pear and finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed once.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen was comfortably sitting on her chair while sitting on her chair, listening to the music. Hands were relaxed, less coughing today.

2:25PM - She finished a cup of lemon water. We then transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd restroom. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (apple, banana and melon).

Total consumed liquid: 32 oz.
