Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, she's comfortably lying on her left side. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:25AM - We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:40AM - Me and Marie used warm purple wipes to wash Maureen's upper body. 2 red spots seen on her left elbow, applied Hydrocortisone cream. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle and pear. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

No MiraLAX dose today.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Maureen is relaxed while sitting on chair listening to the music. She eventually closed her eyes for a nap shortly after.

11:20AM - Maureen took a 30 min nap. She had 10oz of lemon water.

We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her, a very light redness on sacrum noted. Applied Cavilon barrier film and cream on inner thighs. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean ans dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, tomato, veggie soup and 10oz of rootbeer. No coughs.

**We reclined her geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - We just noticed a red mark on Maureen's left neck. Me and Marie did not notice it earlier this morning. We cleaned, dried and applied Hydrocortisone.

**Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed her and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of lemon water before fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
