Saturday, December 9 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep. Tom said that she was up from 5:30 to about 6:30. Twitched a couple of times, but calmed down quickly and fell asleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 9:00 am- Maureen is deeply asleep.

• 9:05 am- Maureen is calmly waking up.

• 9:15 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine.

• 9:20 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Marie and I changed it and gave Maureen a full body bed bath. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. There was still slight redness on her right underarm. We applied a thin layer of nystatin. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:45 am- Breakfast- oatmeal smoothie with 2 prunes, 6 oz of prune juice, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen didn't cough during feeding, but after eating she coughed and sneezed a lot, with red face . We reclined the chair down because she was leaning forward after coughing.

• 10:15 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin.

• 10:20 am- Morning oral care.

• 10:25 am- Facial routine.

• 11:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair. She finished her cup of water.

• 11:10 am- BP- 110/65.

• 11:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and she had a large soft bowel movement. Marie and I cleaned her thoroughly and changed . Positioned her on the right side at 11:35 am.

• 12:35 pm- Maureen's rest break ends. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and proceeded with washing her hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:50 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 1:00 pm- Lunch- Lentils soup, tuna salad, roasted Brussels sprouts, fresh tomatoe, 12 oz cup of sparkling water, a few spoons of yogurt. No coughs.

• 1:40 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 2;30 pm - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was heavy wet,. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:45 PM.

• 3:45 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the recliner.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh watermelon and kiwi.
