Saturday, December 30 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep. She was awake for a awhile and fell asleep again.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is awake now . We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine.

• 8:50 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath using the warmed wipes from the purple package and Aloe Vesta. No redness was observed . Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed it. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, Oatmeal smoothie, couple of spoons of yogurt. Maureen coughed twice.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:40 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin.

• 9:42 am - Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 9:45 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair, having sips of water.

• 11:10 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side at 11:20 am.

• 12:15 pm- Rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:30 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 12:35 pm- Lunch- chicken noodle soup, shrimp salad, fresh tomatoe, 12 oz cup of sparkling water, couple of spoons of yogurt. Maureen coughed four times.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:45 pm.

• 3:45 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.
