Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was soundlessly sleeping on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking calm - no signs of distress or pain. We gave her more time before we give her the morning pill.

8:40AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Marie washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet. with very small light brown vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Breakfast 8 oz prune juice with 1 cap of Miralax, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and yogurt. Maureen also 3/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

9:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:45AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

**Applied a pea-size of Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on the dorsal (back) left hand.

10:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap while listening to the music.

11:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes and we gave her sips of lemon water.

11:30AM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with extra large soft bowel movement. We cleaned/dried and changed her then, have her face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was tuna salad, fresh tomato, guacamole, and bean soup. She had an orange as well. Maureen ate very well. She finished a cup of sparkling water. Had multiple sneezes.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen's sitting comfortably on her chair, doesn't look tired or sleepy at all. She's in good spirits today.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to her bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:42PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). She had 3/4 cup of lemon water.
