Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortably sleeping.

8:25AM - She slightly opened her eyes, receptive swabs of water when offered.

8:35AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:05AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking more awake and ready to start her day. She took water via swab. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - BP: 102/60, P: 60bpm, O2: 95%

Neb treatment with saline.

9:25AM - Me and Marie washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:40AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear and 8 oz apple juice. Maureen enjoyed her breakfast and ate well. Coughed 2x.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Listening to Christmas music while relaxing on her recliner.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:10PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:25PM - Lunch - meatball sandwich, beets and 12 oz root beer. Maureen coughed (dry) 2x and sneezed 2x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen took 4 oz of water with electrolyte.

2:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:10PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the kitchen.

3:20PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). She took 8 oz water with electrolyte.

Total liquid intake - 42 oz
