Saturday, April 27 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is awake. She is calmly laying on her left side.

• 8:25 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:30 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath. There was no redness observed. Her diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 8:55 am- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- 8 oz of prune juice, oatmeal smoothie, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 9:30 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.

• 9:35 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:40 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair.

• 10:30 am- We headed to the SJB sack event. Maureen enjoyed seeing her family. We had a good walk around the church after.

• 11:40 am- We are back in the house. Stayed on the patio for a while. Maureen seemed really tired.

• 12:00 pm- Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break . Diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side at 12:10 pm. She was sleeping while in the chair and continued to sleep in bed.

• 1:10 pm- Maureen is still sleeping in bed. Will let her rest a little longer , since that's going to be the only rest break for the day before Sister Roberta's arriving at 3:00 pm.

• 1:30 pm- Maureen opened her eyes. Her arms and legs started twitching. O2 was 96, pulse went up to 114 , stayed around 101- 103 for a few minutes and then started coming down to 72. The whole episode lasted about 10 minutes.

• 1:50 pm- Maureen is calmly resting in bed. Will give her a few more minutes.

• 2:00 pm-Maureen is ready. Her diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 2:15 pm- Lunch- chicken noodle soup, half of a red velvet donut, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of coconut water. Maureen enjoyed the delicious dessert. She coughed twice.

• 2:50 pm- Oral care. Transferred Maureen to the living room after.

• 3:20 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta's treatment.

• 4:00 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.
