Saturday, April 13 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is awake. Tom said that she woke up around 6 am, had a few sips of water and went back to sleep again.

• 8:30 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:35 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath. There was no redness observed. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 8:55 am -Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- oatmeal smoothie, couple of spoons of yogurt, 8 oz of prune juice, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 9:25 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with smoothie.

• 9:30 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:35 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the living room. She is watching a Disney show.

• 11:00 am- Carolyn visited Maureen.

• 11:25 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:35 am.

• 12:35 pm- Maureen's first break ends. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- mushroom soup, shrimp salad, fresh peeled tomatoe, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care.

• 1:40 pm- Maureen is sleeping in the chair.

• 2:15 - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Maureen's second rest break is over. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.
