Saturday, 11 /26 /22 Daytime Summary

8:15 am - Maureen is laying in bed resting closing and opening her eyes.

8 :25 am - Maureen is starting her day. Total body wash with a warm water and Aloe Vesta foam. Diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon barrier film and cream. Morning stretches and exercise.

9 :00 am - Maureen is escorted to the kitchen. Breakfast time. Administered Levothyroxine with some apple sauce. Oatmeal and banana plus prune juice 8 oz. Marie is feeding Maureen and it seems like Maureen is hungry this morning :)

After breakfast administered the Lisinopril and Loratadine with some apple sauce. Cough 3 times during the breakfast.

9:40 am - oral care.

9 :50 am - Maureen is in the recliner chair ready for visitation of her friends Dan and Tina.

10 :00 am - Dan and Tina visited Maureen. She ate 3/4 of donut and a coffee that she enjoyed. She was resisting in the recliner chair closing and opening her eyes. We skipped the smoothie at this time.

11:10 am - we headed Maureen for the rest period numer 1. Followed by diaper change was medium wet. Cleaned with aloe green wipes. 11:30 am she is laying down on right side supported by two wedge pillows.

12:30 pm - the rest period #1 ends. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed.

12 :45 pm - we moved Maureen to the kitchen.

12:50 pm - lunch time. Maureen is served with homemade wildshrimp butternut squash soup that I made. Whole grain wheat toast with mayo and ham as well tomato on the side.

1 cough during the lunch time.

1:40 pm - oral care.

1:50 pm - Maureen is resting in the recliner chair.

2:20 pm - we transported Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry. Rest period #2 begins. Positioned on the left side and supported by the two wedge pillows.

3:30 pm - rest period #2 ended. The diaper was dry. While we were getting Maureen to set up she urinated. We cleaned and changed the diaper with Aloe Vesta and green wipes. Cavilon applied.

3:45 pm - Maureen was moved to the TV room in a good spirit.

4 :00 pm - fruit snack.

No bowel movement so far.
