Saturday 11-2-24 Daytime summary

8:00 Maureen is still sleeping soundly.

8:30 She may be starting to stir … nope, closed eyes again.

9:10 LEVOTHYROXINE is administered with applesauce, bed bath followed after 10 minutes.

We cleaned and change a heavy wet diaper, no discharge or blood was observed.

9:30 We transferred to the kitchen, time for 6oz of prune juice with 1/2 cap of MIRALAX, followed by a breakfast smoothie and then her LORATADINE pill with a container of Activia yogurt. There was a cough/sneeze attack during the yogurt time .

10:30 We decided to give Maureen a saline nebulizer treatment, she was very relaxed afterwards, closing her eyes.

11:00AM - Maureen was looking sleepy, hands relaxed while sitting on her recliner. **Closed her eyes for a nap 15 mins after.

11:35AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for 1st rest break, diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh tomato and veggie soup. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

1:50PM - BP: 100/60, P: 70bpm

2:00PM - Went out for a walk.

2:50PM - Came back from a nice walk which Maureen enjoyed - stayed awake the whole time.

3:00PM - She had sips of lemon water. We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest

break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:50PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.
