November 2 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen's eyes are half open. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen is asleep.

• 9:00am Maureen remains asleep.

• 9:21am Our morning begins. Today is bed bath day. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:45am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce and Docusate.

• 9:47am Beeakfast - banana, oatmeal, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water.

• 10:12am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 10:15am Oral care.

• 10:22am Morning facial routine.

• 10:46am We headed outside for a walk.

• 11:10am We returned to the house. We walked a total of 0.65 miles.

• 11:12am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is dry. She will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:15am.

• General Observation @ 11:20am - Maureen slept in this morning but was full of energy as soon as we got going. She only coughed twice during breakfast. Maureen tolerated the walk very well. Her position in the transport chair was perfect but her right leg would occasionally drop from the footrest, per usual. Her energy level dropped towards the tail end of our walk.

• 12:15pm Rest break #1 is through. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - we performed a clean and change.

• 12:30pm Maya and I washed and styled Maureen's hairs

• 12:40pm Administered Senna with applesauce.

• 12:42pm Lunch - Cheasapeake Bay shrimp salad, roasted cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, half a bowl of chicken noodle soup, bottle of organic coconut water, cup of water. 3 coughs.

• 1:07pm Oral care.

• 1:15pm We recliner Maureen's Geri chair down one notch.

• 2:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is light wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:10pm.

• 3:10pm Rest break #2 is through. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and headed to the front room.

• 3:30pm Fruit snack.

• 3:40pm Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, RN.
