November 15 daytime update

• 7:35am Maureen had another episode of siezure-like symptoms. Maya noted clicking sounds coming from Maureen's mouth, her eyes were wide open, and twitching. The episode lasted until 7:42am. Maureen's heart rate climaxed at 124 and O2 was stable the entire time.

• 8:00am Maureen is asleep. Pulse is 70 and O2 is 95%. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen continues to sleep soundly.

• 9:00am Maureen is slowly starting to wake.

• 9:30am Maureen opens her eyes from time to time but ultimately falls back to sleep.

• 10:00am Maureen's eyes are open and she is more awake at this point. Maya and I repositioned her to her back. Diaper remains dry. We will start our day as soon as Maureen is ready to do so.

• 10:15am Our morning begins. Diaper is dry. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 10:34am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 10:37am Breakfast - banana, ham and tomato omelet, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water. 2 coughs.

• 10:55am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 11:00am Visit with Carolyn.

• 11:12am Oral care.

• 11:15am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch.

• 11:16am Morning facial routine.

• 12:08pm Eye wash and eye drops.

• 12:22pm Maureen is asleep in the geri chair.

• 12:50pm Lunch - fruit smoothie and a side of beets with a cup of water. 3 coughs, 2 sneezes.

• 1:18pm Oral care.

• 1:30pm We headed to the bedroom for today's only rest break. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement. Maya and I performed a clean and change. Rest break begins at 1:38pm. Maureen will have an extended period of rest since she will only have one today.

• 3:08pm Rest break is over. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had another small, formed bowel movement. Maya and I performed a clean and change. We also noted redness under Maureen's waist - we applied a layer of Nystatin to the area. We headed to the front room after.

• 3:25pm Fruit snack and a bottle of organic coconut water.
