Monday, Sept. 29, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side soundly sleeping.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress. She had sips of water via swab.

9:15AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with saline.

9:35AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. No redness on skin. Applied Cavilon barrier film and cream on inner thighs. We got her dressed and proceed to wash her hair.

9:55AM - Transferred to the kitchen. Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered

Breakfast - waffle with butter and strawberry jam, pear and 5oz coffee. Maureen had

multiple sneezes and coughed 3x.

10:35AM - Shelly, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit and recertification. Lungs slighthly congested on the upper left, bowel sounds heard.

T - 97% P - 74bpm

BP - 120/72

11:30AM - Oral care.

Eye care/eye drops, facial and hand care routine.

11:50AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we positioned to face her right side.

12:50PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

1:00PM - Lunch shrimp salad, fresh avocado and cabbage/chicken soup. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 4x.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen took 9oz of water with electrolyte powder.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her . Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 2 oz lemon water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
