Monday, Sept. 23, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, comfortably lying on her left side. Tom gave her sips of water via swab.

8:25AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:45AM - Maureen is already awake. Waited 5mins and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was lightly wet with yellowish vaginal discharges - washed the area with tepid water. Applied Nystatin on the outer vaginal area, skin appears to be lightly red. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Dressed and proceed to wash Maureen's hair, and will soon transfer to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.

9:25AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, Activia, oatmeal/fruit smoothie. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

9:50AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg Senna S (crushed) with smoothie and 10mg of Loratadine.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Eye care/ eye drops routine and facial/hand care followed.

10:10AM - Went outside for a walk.

10:50AM - Came back home from a nice walk. Weather is good outside, Maureen stayed awake.

**Maureen had 1/4 cup lemon water.

11:15AM - BP: 102/60, P - 63 bpm

11:25AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet - light yellow discharges present. Cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. Finished dressing and proceed to the kitchen.

12:40PM - **Geri chair reclined one notch prior to eating lunch for comfort.

Lunch was grilled shrimp, avocado and bean soup. Maureen had a cup of cranberry juice (half mixed with water). She coughed 2x.

**Carolyn came by to visit Maureen.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her chair while listening to her favorite music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, no discharges. Cleaned/dried and changed. Position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen then, moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
