Monday, Sept. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, lying on her left side. She had sips of water via swab.


8:15AM - She went back to sleep.


8:50AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes and still looking sleepy. Once ready, in an upright position - administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:05AM - Neb treatment with saline.


9:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair.


9:45AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 10oz lemon water (coughed 4x) and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - poached egg, banana and 8oz coffee. She coughed 2x and multiple sneezes.


10:25AM - Shelly, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lungs clear, active bowel sound


BP: 108/70

P: 72 bpm

T - 96.8

Arm circ - 20 cm


11:00AM - Oral care.


11:05AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine.


11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her left side.


12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room.


12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, avocado, bean soup and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed 5x, sneezed 2x and had runny nose.


1:40PM - Oral care.


2:10PM - Maureen took 9oz water with electrolyte powder.


2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right


3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed and transferred to the front room.


3:45PM - Maureen had 4oz lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).


Total liquid intake - 43 oz

Sunday 6 - 7 - 26 Daytime summary

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly
